NFPA 1041 Fire Instructor II

This course is designed to meet the NFPA 1041 (2019) Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, Instructor II Level. Significant student preparation and homework completion is required. Prior to the start date, you will need to read the required chapters and complete all required pre-course work and turn it in on the first day of class.

Prerequisites: Firefighter II (or old 240 hours program) Certified Instructor I (O54A/B certificate or subsequent) Must have a minimum of five (5) years firefighting experience at the time of application. Must have 40 hours or more of documented and verifiable instructional hours.
