MCOLES Physical Agility Test

   The MCOLES physical fitness test consists of four separate events: vertical jump, sit-ups, push-ups, and a ½ mile shuttle run. Registration closes on the Friday before the test date.   Must bring MCOLES physician health screening form on the day of the test.
