Safety and Security in Places of Worship

To bring a basic understanding and awareness of the necessity, spiritual mandate, and responsibility of members of the clergy and spiritual leaders to providing security (safe measures, safety, precautions, protection) in their perspective places of worship. This training will reflect the need of security in all facets of ministry: building, membership, employees/volunteer/staff, pastoral/clergy/spiritual leader protection, children/youth ministry, background checks, written and practiced plan of action, partnerships with local law enforcement and public safety departments.
