The NFPA 1021 Fire Officer II course was developed to meet the minimum and current NFPA 1021 Standards for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications 2020 edition per Michigan Public Act 291 of 1966. The effective date of this course is April 13, 2020. All sections of this course comply with NFPA 1021 Standards for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications 2020 edition, including skill activities that meet the Job Performance Requirements (JPR) in the referenced standard.
