The Macomb Community College is offering the Michigan Concealed Pistol License Course. This class
exceeds the State’s requirements to obtain license to carry a concealed pistol within the State of Michigan and many surrounding states. This course includes the mandatory 5 hours of classroom instruction, as well as 3 hours of live fire training in our state-of-the-art firearms range. Upon completion you will receive a certificate of completion and a concealed pistol license application form, which you will submit to your County Clerk for your CPL. This class is open to all adults over the age of 21. Macomb Community College can supply all of the necessities to include a pistol, 50 rounds of ammunition, hearing and eye protection (all students should bring a brimmed hat). Students may use their own pistol, ammunition, hearing and eye protection if they so choose. Personally owned pistols will be inspected for safety by an instructor and must be brought into the facility unloaded and in a case.
