This hands-on course will equip working professionals with the practical skills to use generative AI (GenAI) tools confidently, responsibly, and effectively.  The course begins with orientation and tool setup, then builds foundational understanding of GenAI, strong prompt-writing and verification skills, and the judgment to apply AI to real workplace tasks while safeguarding sensitive information.

No prior AI experience is required. The curriculum maps module-for-module to the CompTIA AI Essentials framework and prepares learners to evaluate AI tools, recognize responsible-use practices, and improve productivity and decision-making in business and technology environments.
